These terms and conditions apply to the “Ultimate Tradie Growth Package” competition (the “Competition”). By entering, you accept these terms in full. The Competition is a random prize draw (a game of chance), not a game of skill.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Made 4 Tradies (R J Kelsey), ABN 33 189 153 652, a sole trader based in Lane Cove West NSW.

2. No purchase necessary

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win. Buying anything from Made 4 Tradies will not improve your chance of winning.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Queensland residents aged 18 and over who own or operate a trade business in Queensland.

Residents of any other Australian state or territory are not eligible to enter.

Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. The promoter may verify a winner's eligibility before awarding the prize, including confirming a valid Australian Business Number (ABN), and may disqualify any entrant who does not meet these terms.

4. Entry period

The Competition opens on Tuesday 25 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm Queensland time (AEST) on Sunday 4 October 2026. Entries received before the opening time or after the closing time will not be accepted.

5. How to enter

To enter, complete and submit the official entry form on the Made 4 Tradies website. One valid entry per person. Every entrant receives a free website audit (see clause 13). Incomplete, illegible or fraudulent entries will not be accepted.

6. Bonus entries (referrals and nominations)

Each entrant starts with one (1) entry. Entrants may earn five (5) additional entries for each other eligible person who submits a valid entry using the entrant's unique referral link. There is no cap on the number of bonus entries you can earn.

Entrants may also earn five (5) additional entries for each other eligible person they nominate, by submitting up to five (5) email addresses directly through the entry form (a “nomination”), instead of or as well as sharing their referral link. Nominating someone does not itself earn any entries: a nomination credits the entrant's bonus entries only once the nominated person completes their own valid entry into the Competition. The nominated person is not entered and receives no entries from being nominated; the promoter may contact them by email about the Competition. An entrant cannot nominate their own email address.

Bonus entries from a referral are credited only when the referred person completes a valid entry; sharing a link on its own earns nothing. The promoter screens all entries before the draw. Self-referrals, self-nominations, duplicate entries, automated entries, entries from the same device or same IP cluster, and any other entries the promoter reasonably considers fraudulent or suspicious will be removed and disqualified at the promoter's sole discretion. Each additional entry increases the chance of winning for the entrant who holds it.

7. The prize

One (1) major prize is awarded, made up of:

A custom multi-page website build (valued at $2,999).
12 months of the “Done-For-You” package (valued at $3,000).
A Google Business Profile Deep Review (valued at $299).
Done-For-You Google Business Profile Setup and Optimisation (valued at $497).
A custom automation discovery call (valued at $200).

There are also two (2) runner-up prizes, each a $250 discount off a Made 4 Tradies website build ($500 in total).

The total prize pool is valued at $7,495 AUD.

The major prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or any other alternative.

8. Runner-up prizes

Each of the two (2) runner-up prizes is a $250 AUD discount off the purchase of a Made 4 Tradies website build. The discount code is sent by email. It is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, cannot be combined with other offers and cannot be applied to existing orders, with one exception: it can be combined with the Tradie Website Blueprint fast-action build offer, and where the runner-up has already paid a deposit on that offer the $250 is applied as a credit against their balance payment (see clauses 18 and 19). No cash equivalent is provided.

9. The draw

The winner is drawn by random electronic selection from all valid entries at 2:00pm Queensland time (AEST) on Monday 5 October 2026 at the promoter's business premises in Lane Cove West NSW.

10. Winner notification and publication

The winner is notified by phone and email within 24 hours of the draw. The winner's first name, business name and state are published at made4tradies.com.au/competition from 5 October 2026 and remain there for at least 28 days.

11. Winner publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the promoter may use the website built as the prize (including screenshots, the live URL, and the business name and logo shown on it) and any comment, quote or testimonial the winner provides about Made 4 Tradies or the prize, in future marketing, including to promote future competitions and other promotions run by the promoter. That includes the Made 4 Tradies website, social media, advertising and case studies. The promoter will not invent a quote. This is separate from the publication of the winner's first name, business name and state in clause 10, and separate from the optional marketing emails in clause 14.

12. Unclaimed prize, redemption window and redraw

If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim the prize within 14 days of the draw, a redraw is held at 2:00pm Queensland time (AEST) on 20 October 2026. Any winner of the redraw is notified and published using the same steps set out in clause 10.

The winner must also redeem the website build within two (2) months of being notified of winning. Redeemed means the build has been commenced and the website launched within that period. The promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner, book the build in and deliver it well inside that window; the winner must engage with that process, including supplying the business details, content, photos and approvals needed to build and launch the site. If the website has not been launched within two (2) months of notification because the winner has delayed or failed to engage, the major prize is deemed forfeited and a further redraw of the major prize is held by random electronic selection from all remaining valid entries. Any winner of that redraw is notified and published using the same steps set out in clause 10, and the same two (2) month redemption period applies to them. Any delay caused solely by the promoter does not count toward the two (2) month period.

13. Free audit for every entrant

Every entrant receives a free website audit, whether or not they win. If you do not have a website at the time you enter, the promoter will instead provide a free Google Business Profile audit. To provide this, Made 4 Tradies may review your business name, website, Google Business Profile and contact details, as applicable.

Your free audit is delivered in a short video call with a member of the Made 4 Tradies team, who will walk you through what the audit found. The conversation is held with a person who owns or operates the trade business named on the entry, which will usually be the entrant. By entering, you agree that such a person will be reasonably available for this conversation before the draw, and the promoter will make reasonable attempts to arrange it at a time that suits.

An entry may be excluded from the draw, at the promoter's discretion, where the promoter has been unable to hold this conversation with such a person before the draw despite reasonable attempts to arrange it, or where the entrant has indicated they do not want it. This helps make sure the prize goes to a business that will take part in the build process described in clause 12.

14. Marketing consent

Made 4 Tradies sends marketing emails only to entrants who opt in on the entry form. The free audit is provided to every entrant regardless of whether they opt in. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us.

15. Privacy

Made 4 Tradies (R J Kelsey), ABN 33 189 153 652, is responsible for the personal information you provide. We handle it in line with our Privacy Policy.

Your entry data is processed using third-party providers, including HubSpot and Resend, which may store data overseas. This means some of your information may be handled outside Australia (Australian Privacy Principle 8). If you reach this Competition through a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta advertising tools (the Meta Pixel and Conversions API) may also receive information about your visit and hashed contact details so we can measure and improve those ads. We use your information to run the Competition, to provide your free audit, and, where you have opted in, to send marketing.

You can ask us to access or correct your information, or to unsubscribe from marketing, at any time by contacting us. We never sell your information to third parties.

16. Meta, Facebook and Instagram release

This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram. By entering, you release Meta and its related companies from all liability arising from or connected to the Competition. Any questions, comments or complaints about the Competition must be directed to Made 4 Tradies, not to Meta.

17. General

The promoter runs the draw subject to any direction from a relevant regulatory authority. The promoter's decision on all matters relating to the Competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. If you win after buying a website from us

This clause applies only to the entrant drawn as the Major Prize winner. It does not apply to the two (2) runner-up prizes.

If the drawn Major Prize winner has already paid Made 4 Tradies for a website build under the Tradie Website Blueprint fast-action offer, every amount paid for that website and the $47 Blueprint Session is refunded in full. The winner keeps the Blueprint PDF and keeps the website already built or under way, which then stands as the website build included in the Major Prize.

To qualify, the purchase must have been made after the entrant submitted a valid entry and before the draw in clause 9, or before the redraw in clause 12 where a redraw decides the prize. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of the winner accepting the Major Prize.

Any monthly plan payments the winner has already made for that website are credited against the 12 months of “Done-For-You” included in the Major Prize, so the same months are not paid for twice.

Buying the Tradie Website Blueprint Session, or a website build, does not improve the chance of winning. The winner is drawn at random from all valid entries, as set out in clauses 2 and 9.

19. Optional Tradie Website Blueprint and fast-action website offer

For seven (7) days after entering, an entrant may buy a 30-minute Tradie Website Blueprint Session for $47 AUD. This is separate from the free audit in clause 13. The paid session includes a personalised PDF roadmap delivered within three (3) business days. If the entrant does not consider the Blueprint useful, they may request a refund within 14 days and keep the PDF.

After buying the Blueprint, the entrant may use a 48-hour fast-action offer to apply the $47 payment and add a $453 card payment, creating a total $500 website deposit. The offer is limited to the first 8 paid deposits accepted in each calendar month. The deposit is refundable until the end of the Blueprint Session.

If the entrant approves the Max build, the total website price is $2,999 AUD. The fast-action package also includes Google Business Profile setup or optimisation and 3 free months of the Grow managed website plan. After those free months, Grow renews automatically at $100 AUD per month until cancelled. This renewal is disclosed separately and must be accepted before the website deposit is taken.
